On The Edge
This is an important weekend for certain young adults in the territory. Please be in prayer for them.
We call it "On The Edge". The intention is to connect deeply with these post high school Salvationists for them to sense the satisfying and challenging whole relationship with God. Nothing could be more important. It is life or death.
If you're coming, do so with an open heart and soulful preparation. God never disappoints. He desires to commune with you to make you complete. Come for it!
This generation is fully loaded to serve Christ like none before. Let us all aim to actualize this opportunity to God's delight. They're worth it.
1 Timothy 1:3-7 (NIV)
1Ti 1:3 As I urged you when I went into Macedonia, stay there in Ephesus so that you may command certain men not to teach false doctrines any longer
4 nor to devote themselves to myths and endless genealogies. These promote controversies rather than God's work--which is by faith.
5 The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.
6 Some have wandered away from these and turned to meaningless talk.
7 They want to be teachers of the law, but they do not know what they are talking about or what they so confidently affirm.

On the Edge was absolutely amazing! I wouldn't change one thing. I was soo blessed to be able to go because technically I am not of age. But since I know how to work a camera, I got to go!
God Bless, love,

P.S. It was really cool to see all your family there on Saturday night...It was like a Hempstead reunion!
