EFFECTIVE 1 AUGUST
The appointment of Colonels James and Carolyn Knaggs to the Australia Eastern Territory, announced on 15 February 2006, is hereby rescinded. Colonel James Knaggs is appointed as Territorial Commander of the Australia Southern Territory and Colonel Carolyn Knaggs as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They are promoted to the rank of commissioner on 1 and 2 August respectively. They will succeed Commissioners Ivan and Heather Lang who will be retiring from active service.

Now that he finally got it figured out, Rusty says congratulations too! He says it will be good to have a cobber down under.
As has already been said by many. Gods grace be upon you as you minister down under. I pray that you will be a blessing to the people and that you will be a strong tool of our Lord.
