Youth Councils are everything they used to be and more. Carolyn and I attended the GNY Youth Councils this weekend with Captains Ivan and Christine Rock and Cadets Curtis and Felicia Flora. Each of them were great...strong witness...prepared...effective.
Lt.Colonels Nestor and Rebecca Nuesch are leading this impressive division with the help of Majors Kevin and Cheriann Stoops in their youth department. Actually, the most of their divisional team were working throughout the weekend with tremendous support.
The young people are sensitive to the Spirit of God and very gifted. Every conversation with them was peppered with intelligent and perceptive comment. Thank you, Lord!
It is my conviction, by witnessing the movement of the Spirit among the youth and their leaders, that the division is in better shape after the weekend...hence...GREATER New York for the blog title today. The Army is moving forward. The young people are leading in many ways.
