Merry Christmas Overseas Officers!

On Christmas Eve, I'm thinking of our many overseas officers who will not be home for Christmas. You will find a complete listing in the most recent Good News magazine, available in hard copy at your USA East corps or online by clicking on the Good News link. Take a look at the list and pray for them. Some of them actually read this blog. Don't hesitate to comment on their behalf.

Just know, no matter their role, being out of the country at this time of the year is a sacrifice. To a person, there is no complaint, only faithful service.

I salute each one of you in the name of Christ and thank Him for you.

Merry Christmas!

'Don't be afraid!" he said. "I bring you good news of great joy for everyone! 11 The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born tonight in Bethlehem, the city of David!" Luke 2:10-11 NLT

To my dear friends overseas:

Evidently the holiday traffic was slower than I had expected. Surely, our friends are very interested in what you're doing. You get that directly from the many that are in regular communication. My timing was inferior here, and I apologise.

Keep up the good work. We love you and are most grateful for your everyday ministry so far from home.
